Swimming

Monday and Wednesday swimming classes are mainly classes with coaches in terms of technique, taking into account the specificity of individual preparation periods. In training, we use various intensity ranges, technical exercises to improve swimming in pool conditions and in open water, and equipment such as: paws, swimmers, fins or tubes.

Bicycle

 We provide a variety of training sessions, adapted to the seasons and skills of each participant. Our section places great emphasis on riding technique, developing endurance and building cycling fitness. Regardless of your level of advancement, you will find support, motivation and opportunities for development with us.

Running

Running is one of the most versatile forms of training, and our running sessions in Wrocław add a dose of motivation and fun. Develop your endurance with us, improve your running technique and achieve your goals. Our group creates a friendly environment that makes running both an effective training and a source of joy.

Rules for participation in classes
- participation in one of the training plans is necessary

- payment for group training is made for the entire month

- in the event of cancellation of classes, the refund will be made at the end of the billing month

- there is no possibility of making up missed classes

- it is possible to "hand over" the training to another player in the group
