HOW IT'S WORKING

Join the TRIMP TEAM and prepare for the largest IRONMAN event in Poland and the world

 

Choose any IRONMAN start, and we will include it in your training program

 

If you think that overcoming this challenge will make you feel like you have never felt before in your life, that anything can be achieved, we know how to prepare you to overcome this legendary, longest and most demanding triathlon, which will allow you to hear the words - YOU ARE AN IRONMAN - at the finish line.

This offer is also for people who believe that a distance half as long will be more suitable.

TRAINING PLAN

The training plan will be updated at least once every 2 weeks. It's very simple - you do the training, we check it, analyze it, comment on it and advise.

We train from 6 to 12 hours a week depending on the stage of preparation.

We work according to the best practices. We have IRONMAN certification, TRISUTTO certification and OXYGEN ADVANTAGE certification.

CONSULTATIONS

Each participant has the opportunity to have 30-minute consultations per month, divided into two 15-minute sessions or one half-hour session.

We want you to be ready for this challenge not only physically but also mentally.

At this distance, a well-functioning head is essential. We also want you to be able to make decisions on your own and understand the signals coming from your body.

PLAN MODIFICATIONS

We realize that everyday life presents us with challenges. From health problems, family matters, children, work.

In these special cases, please contact us and we will work together to advise you. If necessary, we will make appropriate changes to the training plan.

In 2022, another group of Age Groupers took up our challenge. This time, the competitors took part in competitions such as IRONMAN 70.3 GDYNIA and IRONMAN AUSTRIA.

Send your application and book a phone call where we will discuss your and our expectations.

The application is not an order for a service. You don't have to pay for anything in advance. We will call you first.
The number of places is limited.

REGULATIONS IRONMAN MISSION
Do you have to have completed a triathlon to participate in the preparations?

It is not mandatory. We know how to prepare a person for this challenge. Remember, however, that this cooperation is based on a group plan, so a lot depends on your conscientious work and commitment.

What are the equipment requirements needed for training?

A watch with heart rate measurement and GPS - Garmin, Polar, etc. will be ideal.

Bicycle - ideally TT, but the road will also work, but it will be limited for the full distance.

Trainer - it's best to have one. The simplest is enough to build resistance.

Swimming - buoy / figure eight (the largest possible) and paws. 

Will you help me choose the equipment?

Of course it is :) We will advise you on what works. We will also discuss these types of issues in a closed Facebook group.

Can you join the program at any level of training?

It depends on your history and sports past. Send your application, answer the questions honestly and be honest with yourself. This is a program designed for people who have basic swimming, cycling and running skills.
