This document sets out the terms of cooperation between: TRIMP Spółka z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, address: Tokarska 1, 53-212 Wrocław, registered by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number 0001070286, NIP 8943224042, with fully paid-up share capital of PLN 50,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"),
and an adult natural person (hereinafter referred to as the "Athlete"), involving the provision of coaching services in accordance with the package selected by the Athlete, the details of which are specified in the offer of TRIMP Sp. z o.o.

Cooperation begins upon the Athlete making the first payment to TRIMP Sp. z o.o. and accepting the documents indicated by the Service Provider.

As part of the cooperation, the Athlete receives from TRIMP Sp. z o.o. the services (scope of services) described in the product offer.

The Athlete has the right to terminate the cooperation with the Service Provider at least 7 days before the end of the settlement period, effective at the end of that settlement period. In such case, from the following settlement period, the Athlete is no longer obliged to pay fees and ceases to use the coaching services specified in this document. Termination may be submitted by e-mail to hello@trimp.team. Termination of cooperation is not possible if the fee for the entire period has been paid in advance.

The Athlete undertakes to:

Any disputes arising from the cooperation between the Athlete and the Organizer, including with the Coach, shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.

The Athlete acknowledges the general risks associated with sports activities, such as injuries or accidents. The Athlete declares that they are not aware of any health contraindications preventing them from undertaking the cooperation resulting from the purchased service package. In the event of injury or damage to health during the execution of the Training Plan or competitions, the Athlete shall not make any compensation claims against the Organizer or the Coach.

The Training Plan constitutes a work protected by relevant copyright laws. Its copying and dissemination without the Organizer's consent is prohibited.

The Athlete consents to the free use of their image recorded in the form of photos and/or video footage during training sessions and all competitions held during the cooperation period, and grants the Organizer permission to use it across all fields of exploitation, in particular consents to the publication of their image on the Organizer’s and Coach’s social media, also after the cooperation has ended.

In the event of cancellation of the main competition for which the Athlete was preparing, the Athlete is not entitled to a refund of the costs of services specified in this document.

The Athlete consents to the processing of their personal data under the terms specified in detail at www.trimp.team/polityka_prywatnosci.
